INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

 

BETWEEN 

                         

Hereinafter referred to as “Applicant“

AND                                  Haydee Nascimento P.C. and principal place of business

 at 900 N Federal Hwy Ste 470 Boca Raton FL 33432

 

Hereinafter to as the “Consultant”

I am obliged to pay a fee of $200 for an initial consultation. A fee for each option, based on the facts presented, will be quoted during 45min the consultation meeting.

 

To schedule by phone 

The consultant generally bills on a flat fee basis, although some cases are billed at an hourly rate.  The fees in each case reflect the individual facts presented, the urgency of the situation, and the anticipated time and skill required.  Payment terms will be discussed during the consultation.

The information provided to the consultant in the Initial Consultation Form and during the consultation is for the purpose of obtaining a consultation and is not intended for the purpose of establishing a consultant client relationship until an individual seeking representation has executed a written legal services agreement entering into such a relationship with the consultant.

Initial Consultations, which are scheduled by the legal assistant staff or attorneys, are provided by telephone, Skype, email as well as in person.

The purpose of the consultation is to provide the consultant with sufficient information to allow for a full analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated time frames, legal fees, and costs.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the State of Florida.

Please be advised that the consultant is a member in good standing of the Illinois State Bar Member license in good standing allowing her to practice Immigration in all US States, and as such, is bound by its By-laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and associated Regulations.

If you need to reschedule your consultation you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your consultation dates if not you will have to reschedule as the funds are nonrefundable.

By booking below, you acknowledge that you have read the above terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement.
